Co-Founder/Case Manager: Thelma

Thelma became interested in the paranormal field at a young age, when her and her family lived in a house that seemed to have a “visitor”. From time to time her and her younger sisters would see a white silhouette of a man standing by the bedroom door, they would hear their names, whistling and the couch would even creak as if someone had sat down. These occurrences are what made Thelma research the paranormal. She has done extensive research on everything from Witchcraft to Ghosts and everything in between. In her teen years, she would go to cemeteries with her friends to conduct her own personal investigations. A few years back she joined a paranormal group on Long Island which taught her the scientific side of investigating as well as many other important things. After many investigations and experiences with that team, it made her want to pursue this field and find the answers to the unknown even more. Although she has always loved this field, being part of that group made her even more passionate about the supernatural.

In 2007, Thelma met Noah, director and founder of OHPRI based out of Ohio. Both groups worked very similarly and had the same goals, which lead to collaborating together. At the end of 2008, she moved to Ohio where she joined OHPRI for a short time. Now, being back on Long Island, she is ready to lead LIPRI with Founder, Noah. The extensive training and investigations done with the previous group, gave her the tools she needed to become the passionate, determined and committed investigator she is today. Now, with LIPRI, she hopes to pass on that knowledge and passion to like-minded individuals who are searching for answers about the unknown.
