LIPRI is not a "thrill seeking" or "ghost hunting" group that only investigates rumored haunted locations. We are a serious research and investigation group. Below are some of the requirements we are looking for in team members:

**Do not apply if you do not have time to be committed.

**Do not apply if this is just a hobby for you.

•Must be 21 years or older*.

•Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

•Must be willing to travel.

•Must be willing to do analysis, research, projects and meet deadlines.

•Must have reliable cell phone or internet access to communicate with the team.

•Must demonstrate critical and analytical thinking and problem solving.

•Must be respectful and work well with others in the group.

•Must be willing to take directions from those in charge.

•Must be available for meetings, investigations and events.

•Must be willing to learn and research equipment, paranormal theories and other paranormal subjects.

•Must read and agree with the LIPRI policy, sign and date it.

These are just some of the basic requirements to be part of our team. All members will undergo extensive training and are expected to meet all standards and requirements.We are looking for individuals that are going to have the time and passion to devote to this field and team.
